Seasonal Plant-Based Cupcake

All of Disney’s value resorts offer this vegan cupcake that has different decor depending on the season. I visited around St. Patrick’s Day so I got this cute four leaf clover design. It’s a basic chocolate cupcake with vanilla icing. The chocolate flavor was good but the texture was a bit weird. I believe this is also gluten free (though it doesn’t say so on the menu) and I’m not used to gluten free flour which is probably why I didn’t like the texture. If you need a gluten free option, though, this could be a good one.
