This was mind blowingly good. My husband who is Omni loved it too. He said the chorizo tasted like the real thing. The sauce reminds me of a tomato soup. All flavours in this dish combined incredibly well. If you come to this restaurant which I say is a must - either have this or the bitoque. Both are equally good in my opinion. So this dish is based off a traditional Portugese pork dish. I don’t rlly love the taste of pork so it wasn’t my fave. However it is full of protein (fake pork and tofu inside) and had a very tasty and smoky sauce. And a good side salad

Ordinato per la curiosità di capire come un piatto originariamente tutt’altro che veg fosse stato riproposto. Sono stato piacevolmente sorpreso! Ottimo il sapore, non troppo pesante nel complesso e assolutamente gustoso!!

Very yummy, the sause doesn’t ruin the taste of what’s underneath :)
