Khao Soi 2.0

This was a wonderland of flavours and textures! Sad to say that this is my first time trying khao soi, and do I wish I had tried it sooner. The perfect combination of delicious curry, noodles, crunchy noodles, and fried enoki mushrooms!! The variety of texture was so much fun and the curry was so rich. Definitely recommend this one.

Vistro is my #bestpicks submission for Thail- scratch, the whole of Asia 🤩 They do such amazingly inventive and delicious food, it's hard to believe this was only my 3rd time there! This #khaosoi combined vegan #eggnoodles with #crispynoodles for a beautiful blend of textures, which allowed the creamy #spicy #curry to be picked up in just the right quantities 😋 I loved the shreds of raw #onion, the fried #shallots, the #tofu fritter buried underneath everything, and - most of all - the #deepfried #enoki. Because #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease 😊☺️ Could I come to Bangkok every week? 🥺
