Vistro is my #bestpicks submission for Thail- scratch, the whole of Asia 🤩 They do such amazingly inventive and delicious food, it's hard to believe this was only my 3rd time there! This #khaosoi combined vegan #eggnoodles with #crispynoodles for a beautiful blend of textures, which allowed the creamy #spicy #curry to be picked up in just the right quantities 😋 I loved the shreds of raw #onion, the fried #shallots, the #tofu fritter buried underneath everything, and - most of all - the #deepfried #enoki. Because #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease 😊☺️

Could I come to Bangkok every week? 🥺
