Deep fried kind of satisfaction but it didn’t feel greasy or soggy. I don’t know what they use
(will ask them on my next visit) It was so convincing that if you do a blind tasting you probably will think its meat. The batter is fried to crispy perfection- and the 🌟🌟 was definitely the #sambal they poured on top. You cld taste the #spices like #lemongrass n perhaps #galangal if im guessing it right .
Served with a side #pickled veg something like a chinese #achar
