In the food court basement of Shibuya Parco you’ll find Jikasei Mensho. They have two

vegan dishes on their menu, and they’re absolutely worth it! Low price, good size. You can either choose noodles with or without stock (although I highly recommend with because it’s a heavenly curry-like soup)

In a food court mall setting downstairs near Shibuya crossing, this place has several vegan

ramen options available: vegan miso, spicy vegan miso, vegan tantanmen, and vegan tantanmen without soup. You are able to order on a screen outside the restaurant, then wait to be seated and your order to be called.

Spice and flavor in the Tantanmen was excellent, though it had a bit of a numbing effect like szechuan sauce can. The first half of the bowl was very tasty, and was full of noodles, soy meat, and veggies. The second half of the bowl had quite the cumulative effect of spice, though, so be warned if you aren't a spicy person. Would probably get this ramen again, or combine with the miso soup to balance out the spice and flavor between the two bowls.

My friend and I waited for over 10 minutes on Friday night, and it was

worth it. What we really enjoyed here was the option to add extra spice for just 100 yen, and it was really good. Make sure to order your food at the machine before queuing.
