This was interesting! Served as a #starter, this dish of #kohlrabi was a surprise. It tasted delicious but was not what I expected from the name at all! The outside was kohlrabi and inside you had a nicely seasoned “Italian-style” filling. It was soft but so #umami. The four “#ravioli” were served on top of #watercress and topped with fried #capers and #sage. The flavors were subtle, but delicious 😋
So, is it ravioli? #veganitalian
