Really tasty dish, which my daughter really enjoyed, very filling and satisfying
Saw this on the menu at lunch and decided I needed to come back! These noodles were bomb! Amazing textures of tofu and mushroom with a really rich sauce that I slurped up at the end.
Brownish rice noodles, fried tofu, soy 'fish cake', black fungus, lettuce, and crackers. The fried tofu was definitely not like pork char siu which is typically featured in the traditional meat version. However this was very tasty, toothsome, and enjoyable in its own way! The black fungus and crackers also added a great crunch. Served with soya chili sauce and lime. Would highly recommend trying this vegan version of a Hoi An regional classic.
