Superfood Salad

One of the best salads I've ever ordered in a restaurant. Love the mix and quality of ingredients in here, it's also big enough for a complete meal which is great.

Heddon Street Kitchen is one of Gordon Ramsey’s restaurants here in London. The vegan options are somewhat limited, so I wasn’t expecting much. But wow!! This salad actually blew me away! The kale was exquisitely seasoned, and when combined with the mixed nuts, quinoa and avocado creme it was super filling.
