Grilled Kimcheese Sandwich

I really enjoyed the tofu mozzarella on this. It doesn't melt, but the Gouda sauce kind of acts as the melted cheese on this sandwich. The kimchi brussel sprout slaw was nice and added some spice. I always love their tempeh so I was happy to see that in this sandwich! The sourdough isn't as grilled as I'd expect on a grilled cheese, but it tasted good too and was just sour enough. #sandwich #tofu #tempeh #kimchi #vegancheese

This was so good, and I’d definitely order it again! It comes with tofu mozzarella, smoked gouda sauce, kimchi-Brussels sprout slaw, tempeh bacon, and garlic aioli on sourdough and is served with togarashi corn chips.
