Chorizo Nachos

Don’t you love it when you get the best dish at the table? 😛 Everyone in my party loved it. Crispy chips with generous toppings. Nice balance of sweet and savory.

Gracias Madre is my favorite vegan restaurant so far, and every time I order the Chorizo Nachos! It's really flavorful, comes in a big sharing portion!
