Fried Dumplings

What luck that I finally found a different kind of #vegandumplings 🤩In case you were wondering… Yes, the alternative was a steamed version. It’s only natural to gravitate towards #fried because come on 😏 #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease Right out the gate, they were pan fried like they were deep. It’s on the oily side but at least it provided crispy perfection 😜 I was pleased with the generous and moist interior too 💯 There’s a wonderful presence of cabbage as there should be in any #dumpling let alone #vegetabledumplings with a little mushroom 😜 All of which made sense with the classic side of black vinegar and ginger. The only unfortunate downside was that it was in@dafnelately salty 😵‍💫 Thank goodness I had some rice to cut it. RM 5 for 6 generously sized #dumplings was #greatvalue 👍 Even with the oiliness and over-salting, is it crazy that I’d order this again? Weigh with me, would y’a 🤔 #dumplings4life
