The pizza crust is excellent! It's a bit sour like a fermented sourdough, thin and
crispy. This is a cafeteria style restaurant so the pizzas are already made and could be different everyday. There were 3 vegan options so I tried one of each and they were all tasty. They put a lot of effort into making elaborate toppings. You order by the slice rather than a full pizza and then you pay by the weight of the slice. The basic slices he cuts, I think he said are 100 grams, are quite small and we found the prices to be expensive for what they were. For the two of us we paid the same as we would for a dinner in any other restaurant in the neighbourhood but I got hungry again later.
