Firecracker Roll

This sweet potato-forward roll was a great choice. It's made of japanese sweet potato, avocado, unagi, potato straws, gochujang mayo, and chili salt. The sweet potato and avocado were nice and creamy. It paired well with the potato straw crispy bits on top. The sauce was really delicious.
