Earth Wings

Super yummy BBQ wings. Oven-roasted cauliflower, sesame BBQ, organic celery and a soy-cilantro dressing. Dressing was super creamy and offset the tangy, sweet BBQ cauliflower wings.

For a second year in a row, the Earth Wings at the MN State Fair are among my favourite fair foods. You simply can’t go wrong with cauliflower wings, but I do miss last year when they offered more varieties!
