This lasagne popped up on Duli’s menu recently and it is scrumptious! It’s made with
Beyond meat and it has this incredible roasty, smokey tomato sauce/purée on the side that is just so so good. The portion wasn’t big but it was surprisingly filling. There were crispy bit, juicy bits, savoury bits - it has it all, really. Pity it’s a seasonal dish; we’ll be going back to get more of it while we can!
