Pouding chômeur

This Québec classic was so tasty. The light and still hot cake with a thin sugar hot syrup and berries was perfect for the cold day it was! Loved this dish. We ordered it for lunch and dinner!

This brought me back to my childhood, I remember I grandmother making Pudding Chomeur over 20 years ago. This dessert is absolutely delicious, will definitely order this again.

It was good, but I’m not sure I would have this again considering the quality/price ratio. I think it was pretty basic but still enjoyable.
