Dan Dan Noodles

These noodles were my least favorite dish. Dry with no flavour and they were served at nearly room temperature. Maybe that’s normal, but it felt like they had been sitting in the kitchen for 20 minutes before served to us. Not ordering these again when these are so many other amazing dishes. #veganisnotscary

Loved this nood! The soup base was so flavourful and the noods were superb. Eating vegan doesn’t mean you have to give up on tasty flavours and food!

Looks like a nondescript bowl of noodles but the flavorful broth packs a peppery punch💥

Not the dan dan noodles that I'm familiar with (the kind with peanut sauce) but this was still pretty good! It wasn't too spicy and the noodles had a nice texture. Wish there could be more veggies or smth cos it's literally just plain noodles in soup once you remove the meat.
