Croque Monsieur

I think this was my favourite dish on our wonderful weekend 😍 Thank you @curtistheweirdcat for recommending it and sharing it with me! I don’t think I ever had this in pre-vegan times, but it blew my mind! A #ham #toast with so much #cheese both inside and outside the bread. It was so soft and fat (in the best way). It was a good croque monsieur however would probably have been tastier if it were warmed up

I loved that I was finally able to get a vegan croque monsieur in Paris! It's cheesy on the outside, lots of bechamel inside, it's delicious!

Honestly it wasn't the best croque monsieur I've ever tasted. It was good, it's just I still remember the best vegan croque monsieur I ever tasted, it was from a vegan cheezery in Lille, in nothern France, it was the Welsh croque monsieur from "pistaches & cacahuètes " .
