Coconut Fancy

I absolutely loved this dessert! It was the perfect balance of sweet and savoury, with banana coconut filling and crispy spring roll wrappers. The coconut ice cream with caramel finished it off perfectly.

The coconut ice cream was perfect, smooth and so good! The little rolls were filled with banana and coconut, all around a very lovely dessert.
