This dish was new for me but when I read street food and tofu egg, I had to try it. I loved the wide noodles and toasty flavour. It was perfect with the hot sauce. Really simple fish but so good! #seattle #katithai #veganthaifood

This is the best Khao Soi I have had in long time. For some reason, vegan Khao soi is really hard to come by in Canada. No one on the west coast seems to be doing it (at least unless Mugi re-opens on Vancouver after moving from Toronto). I could not believe how packed this restaurant was. Seattle has a bumping vegan scene that doesn’t seem to exist in Vancouver with the same gusto. #pnw #seattle #veganthaifood #khaosoi #katithai

wow so so yummy 🤤 texture wise it’s pretty meaty for mushrooms, i would’ve thought it was soy meat or other textured protein. taste wise it’s heavily seasoned with spices, definitely has a strong kick that the seasonings did make us cough a bit 😂😂🥲🥲 still really good though! devil wings, a must try 😈😈💜💟

The waitress warned us these were spicy and they really were. The mushrooms were dusted in a spicy powder and the dipping sauce was fire!! Really good if you like that burn.

Me and my friend went to Kati vegan Thai sup man! He’s on abillion too now. 😊👍 I got the pad pak and he got the hot basil fried rice GF 17 Fried rice stir-fried with hot basil, crimini mushrooms, bell peppers, fried tofu, diced string beans & slivers of bamboo shoot. I think, if I had to guess. I tried to guess it right. We also shared some dumplings 🥟 and they were 👌 we were starving so the portions weren’t enough ti fill us up but it was still good and in a nice atmosphere with warm. Friendly STAFF lol staff is still funny to me. I recommend this place and would eat here again but be sure to fill up on something also healthy before I go. We also got the fried 🥟 dumplings which I’m pretty sure we could’ve eaten buckets of lol.

I absolutely loved this dessert! It was the perfect balance of sweet and savoury, with banana coconut filling and crispy spring roll wrappers. The coconut ice cream with caramel finished it off perfectly.
