Cheesecake de Lotus

Espectacular en sabor, textura y originalidad y el café que pedimos para acompañar estaba muy rico también

Está de muerte y es mi favorita. Cuando voy acompañada la recomiendo siempre y triunfo. Es una pasada: cremosa, suave, esponjosa, ... BRUTAL.

Está tarta es fantástica, una de las mejores que he comido. Suave y cremosa, no demasiado dulce y con un granulado de galleta Lotus que le da el punto definitivo. Qué rica, por favor!!!

This cheesecake is incredibly creamy, and the caramel drizzle makes it even better. There is a textured, thick crust that is reminiscent of graham cracker crust, but with a caramel thread running through it. I am completely guessing, of course, … this is one of those restaurants where you will never know how they pull it off.  The cheesecake itself was not overly sweet, so the caramel held its own, as did the crust. Each flavour balanced with the others.
