Chocolate peanut butter cake jar

The uptown Vegan East location closed this weekend and I'm so sad! It was such a nice place to grab a little treat or a delicious bowl of soup during my morning walks. @jonok and I went for brunch one last time. We ate breakfast sandwiches and soup there and took some desserts home. This cake jar is such a fun way to present cake. The peanut butter frosting was probably my favorite part. It was light, which was needed to balance out the chocolate cake. This is amazing. It’s so rich though and I can only handle a few bites before it gets to be too much. It will take me a few sittings to get through this jar. This is one of my fav Vegan East cake jars though and it came with a little Valentine surprise on top! 💕
