As per my feed, Vikas' last meal on Earth would have been this. Styles apparently differ according to geographical positioning on Earth (he will explain more 👆). This was kneaded by an Indian chef and fashioned fusion (in an oriental cafe - #alliumfree) with a giant statue of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva to bless his/her compassionate prowess upon patrons. I can't be absolutely certain its vegan though nothing to symbol suggest the housing of nasties (like butter? maybe) 🤔
First things 1st, #cashews ⚠ for the poor, unfortunate souls out there; they were kind enough to wok up a nutfree version for me.. till I realized the main ingredient was sugar. It doesn't add up, neither should it belong. To cut the #masala story short, yours truly ended up bathing the #chickpeas in water prior to the tasteless shove
With that out of the way, top o' clock 😋 👉 #bhatura balloon a puffy, greasy, crispy and poofy affair born out of pliable dough; everything I would want in a #carbsforlife meal with that beautiful touch of green #chilli to 'sear' it home (heat level 👉 0)
For an unbreaded person, it can be a comforting contender for my last meal on 🌍
