Cashew Mozzarella Sticks

I love it when places have vegan mozzarella sticks! So yummy! Yummy drinks too!

I’ve been following Pura Vida on Instagram and dying to go.. well tonight I landed in LAX and drove right there. The mozzarella sticks were heavenly - great flavor, consistency and the marinara was delicious too

My mother in law could not wait for me to take a photo of these delicious gooey vegan mozzarella sticks! So freaking good and I don’t know what it was about last night, maybe just the great vibes with everyone at this wonderful vegan restaurant, but I truly felt blissful with every bite knowing I wasn’t hurting anyone for my food. We walked out of the restaurant and my MIL, who’s not vegan or vegetarian, was blown away how she didn’t feel heavy after such a big Italian meal. Because there was no dairy or meat! 🌞

#ecotakeout OMG it’s been more than a decade since I’ve had mozzarella sticks and so @mrsgarg and I were super excited to try these! The breading was on point and the cheese was definitely really good in terms of taste. It wasn’t quite stringy the way mozzarella is but it hit all the notes for taste!
