My mother in law could not wait for me to take a photo of these delicious gooey vegan mozzarella sticks! So freaking good and I don’t know what it was about last night, maybe just the great vibes with everyone at this wonderful vegan restaurant, but I truly felt blissful with every bite knowing I wasn’t hurting anyone for my food.

We walked out of the restaurant and my MIL, who’s not vegan or vegetarian, was blown away how she didn’t feel heavy after such a big Italian meal. Because there was no dairy or meat! 🌞
