Burrito Bandito

Was good and the burrito is gigantic. By default it’s not vegan because of dairy cheese, but is easily made vegan by choosing if I remember correctly (been a while) either cashew or tofu cream as an alternative.

Don't forget to ask for vegan specifically as it's a vegetarian dish otherwise. Very yummy and was very excited to find something near magic mountain to eat with the kids!

This dish was really tasty and full of flavours. They were able to customize it to make it vegan and added tofu ricotta inside the burrito. Definitely would recommend it!
