As usual, I did not like the mock char siew in the dish, and the vegetables included are standard for dishes from Bodhi Deli. The dish also had mock lard on top of the noodles. I appreciate this dish coming with four wantons, which is more than some other renditions of this dish at #fortunecentre. The wantons were probably the star of this dish, they had this taste, perhaps an alkaline one, that reminded me of vegetarian wantons from a place I ate at when I was a small child. The fact that the wantons are deep fried is also nice if you are looking for the contrast between crunchy outsides and soft insides, but not if you are looking for something healthy. #vegan

Can I ever get bored with this Bodhi Deli’s food? I don’t think so! I had these amazing Wanton Noodles and I can gladly say the tiny restaurant never gets it wrong! The serving felt bigger than their chicken cutlet noodles/rice (from what I recall). It had noodles (slightly too sticky for my liking though), 4 delightful fried wantons, some sliced char sieu and some bok choy leaves. It comes with a bowl of wholesome herbal soup which you can either pour on your noodles or have as is. 🍜🥬 A hearty and filling meal for only $4, what else can I say? (except that I will be back) 😁
