My choice of bowl catered by BIBIBOP was the tofu one, which also had sweet potato noodles, purple rice, roasted sesame broccoli, bean sprouts, potatoes, corn, carrots, pickled red cabbage, sesame kale, cucumber, and sesame ginger sauce. Honestly, everything was delicious! Interesting combination of flavors and textures. I particularly enjoyed the sauce, and the noodles were great in consistency and taste. I'm sure #bibibop has been reviewed hundreds of times but I've never reviewed it and seeing as how often I eat it, well, it only makes sense! Always consistently, fresh, fast and friendly! Everything is always stocked, never out of anything, and you can just taste the care and quality. This is the #Tofu bowl with purple rice, carrots, cabbage, corn, cucumber and Kale. Topped with a bit of Sesame ginger and gochujang sauce. Bibibop never disappoints!

The whole place is #glutenfree! I don’t need that feature but it’s great for gf buddies. I get bowls most often on Mondays, bc meatless Mondays are 20% off, and for a fam of 4, that is a welcome treat in our week. 🍲 This one has the sweet potato noodles in it—a nice way for me to change up my bibi habit. I am loving the roasted broccoli 🥦 😋.

If you’re in Ohio and specifically Columbus, the home of Bibibop, where the first opened in 2013, this bowl is likely a Monday staple, as they have 20% off for #meatlessmonday! As of July 2023, there are 52 in the U.S. For those who don’t know, it’s similar to Chipotle or a build your own, where you go down a line and pick your ingredients of which there are plenty! Though I miss their wraps, which they discontinued, the bowl is a good portion size in regular or small. You start w a base, which can be rice (white or purple) or salad, or my usual choice of 1/2 super greens and 1/2 japchae (sweet potato noodles). There are various toppings and this bowl has: potato, bean sprouts, broccoli, black beans, tofu, carrot, garlicky kale, kimchi, corn, red cabbage, cucumber, and sesame seeds, and is topped w teriyaki sauce and I add a couple lines of Korean Red for a little spice. It’s a good mix of cooked and fresh ingredients and there are other topping and some premium, such as pineapple for a small up-charge. The price of the bowl was recently increased by ~$2, so it’s now just over $10 regularly. I love Bibibop for a #quickandeasy meal that is #deliciousandnutritious. I usually get a #purplerice base, but opted for the #supergreens base this time which was also delicious!
