Bò Bún “Bouef” / Vietnamese “Beef” Noodle Salad

Very interesting dish, with a lot of flavours inside. Great combination of ingredients and with a right quantity for the price (not high at all)

This bobun is delicious. The ingredients are: lemongrass fake beef, nems, fried tofu, rice vermicelli, batavia salad, cucumbers, soy sprouts, peanuts.

Great veganised version of a classic Vietnamese cold noodle salad dish at a plant-based restaurant. The ‘beef’ was juicy and flavoured with lemongrass. Fried tofu was a nice addition and the veggie spring rolls were tasty. Also came with a chilli sauce to pour over.
