DIY Pizza

Lean & Green (Request: No cheese) I manage to finish this myself It’s good, not very flavourful but the pizza dough was really good Suggest adding more ingredients :)

My takeout lunch today. Alt Pizza’s DIY Pizzas are a great option, I get to choose the combination of toppings I enjoy and can exclude cheese for a Vegan option. This one with roasted onions, pumpkin, mushrooms and spinach is one of my usual orders and I love the generous quantity of vegetables on it. Top it with their hot chilli flakes and you are sorted!
