Singapore is so tiny, esp in the vege food scene so much so that we're all having the same thing. Green by Choice's lady boss was beside me at the next table and on another occasion, the nuns from the monastery were having dinner when I visited. Melt in the mouth tofu with a thin crispy shell. The sauce/soup was also really tasty but unsurprisingly the parts of the tofu sat in the sauce/soup got a bit soggy. Advise eating quickly. Unlikely to travel well of your looking for a takeaway meal.

This is so good. I like that it has a bit of the soup thingy so u can eat it with rice.

Crispy on the outside, soft and silky on the inside, this agadeshi tofu is just right :)

The crust was nicely done, crispy and thin with soft tofu inside. A simple, pleasant dish. #veganisnotscary
