Tofu Ramen Bowl at The Drawing Board — Potato's Review (Sep 12, 2021)

This was nothing I expected from the sound of “tofu ramen bowl,” although it definitely was interesting!

The noodles used were soba and they were chopped in half 😂 The menu said this is “miso broth,” but the broth was clear so it was probably just a dash of miso. There were a variety of veggies in this which I enjoyed and while the broth wasn’t what I expected, it was delicious! All in all I really appreciated the creativity and the broth was really good, while I honestly don’t think they should call it ramen haha. I don’t think it’s worth £14 though 🙃
