Who’d have guessed that the texture of brains would be somewhere between sang mee and mee kolok goreng? 🧟♀️ Or at least that’s my take on the name 🧠 There’s a rich gravy that runs through the noodles, rendering some bites much saltier than others. The #fakemeat they used is perfect too! It was nice and chunky and also absorbed a lot of the gravy 😋 It’s #bestpicks but you would’ve never guessed it from the name!
