Made with monkey head mushroom, this satay was deep fried and pierced onto a bamboo

skewer. Well marinated with a good balance of spice and seasonings, it was juicy and good enough to eat on its own without the accompanying peanut sauce.

The satays were dry and hard, doubt that what should be the taste of it.

Felt bit pricy with the portion of the dish.
