yuzu shio ramen

The soup is quite light. I was expecting the yuzu to hit but it fades off rather quickly. The saltiness adds up (not the umami type) and generally ok. The noodles are cooked al dente and the tofu is slightly charred which adds a depth of flavor but it is super soft (nearing soggy)
