Young Jack Pacman Slider + Chips

Fried mantou buns are such an indulgence, and these hit the spot! It really would have taken these sliders to the next level though if there were a sauce (some type of chili sauce) on it because it was very dry and the jackfruit needed some flavoring/marinade.

My 1st time trying out jackfruit sliders and it was quite good. Marinade is great!

I'm surprised it's not real tuna. Tastes awesome!!

The Jackfruit stuffing is delicious & has a nice chewy texture. The bread burger is nicely done as well.

Yummy but quite a small portion! Could do with a bit more of a kick ;)
