Light yong tau fu with clear broth for my mom to eat alongside with their generous portion of white rice

had this with clear soup and there is bok choy and flat rice noodles underneath. Simple meal but they deep fried the lady’s finger & bittergourd! Will ask for no deep fry next time

really enjoy the light soup and variety of veggies! looooove the "prawn" which has a unique texture.
