This dish is amazing - great sauce and soft thin aubergine. However, pretty expensive for
a small portion of veg.
The garlic, ginger, sesame and soy dressing was the perfect thing to go with the
fried eggplant aka THE KING OF VEGETABLES also topped with some yummy fresh spring onions 👌👌👌👌mmmmm me likey
