Hor Fun

This was the highlight of today’s dinner - it’s my first time having hor-fun at

Yi Xin and it was so delicious!

Huge portion even for two people. There’re generous amount of veggies, mock meat and mushrooms and all of it gave the dish a really good texture. definitely gonna eat this again next time!

The first thing I noticed was the distinct and delicious wok hei flavour! I didn't

quite like the abundance of mock meat in the dish as I try to avoid it, but on the plus side they are very generous with other ingredients such as tofu and veggies! A satisfactory meal for $4.50.

Quite surprised it's not the wet hor fun, but rather the dry version - similar

to char kuay teow. Slightly salty. Wished there were more veggies.
