Wonderful curry dish.
The tofu is substantial. It's basically a whole block of tofu, so a nice healthy dose of protein in one meal!
The curry sauce is tasty and nutritious. I think there's some kind of pureed vegetables in the sauce itself (maybe sweet potato, pumpkin, or carrot 🤔)
The picked vegetables in the salad are tangy and delicious.
Overall, very happy with this meal.
