Yard House offers several vegan dishes and this one is probably my favorite. In this
picture, I ordered it with extra veggies and extra sauce.
There's a light crispy breading on the gardein vegan chicken bites. The sauce is absolutely delicious and the veggies are cooked perfectly; they're not raw but they still have a good amount of crunch to them. You get a choice of white or brown rice with this dish.
Kudos to Yard House for adding Gardein vegan meats to their menu! Until the whole world is vegan, in the meantime, things like this are a great start.
