This was by far the winner of the night. The #tarocake was sooooo chewy and
the XO sauce was sweet, salty, spicy, and so herby 🌶️ , with tons of garlic and fried spring onion. The crispy rice was such a nice textural complement to balance the chewiness. I highly recommend this dish, 10s across the board!!
