Love the originality of the vegan sushi here. These vegan roses were really tasty and

fresh. I loved the caramelised cashews, edamame and micro greens. Would have loved this even more if tofu was on the inside or perhaps a carrot lox? Either way, I was still happy with my choice! #sushi #plantbased #savetheocean

This was most certainly my highlight of the evening , gourmet taste and so appealing

to the eye
Cucumber roll, with avo in the centre , Edamame beans with teriyaki sauce
The cashew garnish was amazing
Was clearly marked vegan
