Yam Dumplings

absolute heaven 🥰 crispy & flaky on the outside, sweet & salty on the inside 💗

This was my favourite dim sum at the restaurant. It was definitely taro-ble 😋

I love yam dumplings, and this is possibly my favourite interpretation of them all. Same crispy exterior, with a sweet non-meat filling.
