things go, this felt really healthy and ungreasy. The best part was that they achieved this not at the expense of flavour/taste, as the #cauliflower florets complemented the light spicing of the batter, and the whole thing was compliant enough in combination with the sweet-savoury #tamarind dip (from where the sticky in the name comes 😉) This was shared among two people as a #starter, and was just the right portion size. If anything a touch too generous 🙂 #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease, but less grease may or may not equate to less sweet 🧐
