It’s with disappointment I write this review ,
We sat down to order a vegan meal
starting with our beverage order
The Citrus blend was delicious
It’s seems these days Woolworths now only have two vegan meal options , of which it doesn’t seem either are ever available
We ordered the Winter Vegetable and Clementine
salad , only to be later advised that it was not available
We then ordered the only other vegan option on the menu , The plant based burger , our order was taken , only to later , once again be advised that it was also not available
This has happened to me a few weeks back at another Woolworths Cafe
Not sure if in fact these meals are still available
It is sad that Woolworths have so many Vegan meal options for sale, yet their cafe’s have a limited selection and then these are not available anyway
I have been told that in fact the stores supply the cafe so not sure why this should be a problem
It’s always been a disappointment that there are also never any sweet cakes that are vegan , especially as Woolworths have a good selection of these
Hopefully things improve
