WOAP Kupe on Mars

The starter is out of this world! 😅 Seriously, I'm not usually a fan of quinoa, but everything in this dish blended together really well, the fruity fresh pomegranate, the cauliflower meteor interior, the green tomatey alien goop inside. With the charcoal crust and the interesting insides, dissecting this thing was fun! The festive dish recreated a Mars landscape, the carrot assisted "flying saucer", had a mushroom pastry that was up to expectations, the "soils" texture was a very strange but an enjoyable experience I'm not a huge fan of coconut in dessert, but I couldn't help but like this, from the kiwi footsteps on the moon to the taste of the hidden Pina colda and the contrast with the glittery chocolate sauce I can't recommend this more!
