The Mexican Corn Cakes from WildSeed are a must try! They’re full of flavor, crispy
on the outside, soft on the inside, and the vegan cheese on top goes so well with these little cakes.
Ordered this dish based on the waiters recommendation and it did not disappoint! These little
guys were both the perfect crunchy and fluffy texture and flavor was on point, not too sweet like corn can sometimes get. Went well with the queso on top as well.
Very delicious and tasted so fresh! I will definitely order this again.
