This is not an automatically vegan dish, you must order it vegan and with tofu.
I ordered it 3 stars and it was just the right amount of spicy. The spicy rice noodles are underneath every bite of vegetables and tofu. I feel like they have scaled back the vegan options compared to previous years, so I was a bit disappointed with the options.
